Emrazina Islam
Emrazina Islam is a passionate graphic designer. She has been working in this field since the beginning of 2011. So far, she has worked on design projects for over 40 renowned companies, including 6Connex, Ericsson, Intuit, BreatheCon, The Economist, Origami Owl, Childhelp, MarketingProfs, RSA, Salesforce, Johnson & Johnson (China), Epic Sports, and others. As an illustrator, she also worked on an animated short film titled Whipping Boy (2014).
After working for 2.5 years alone as a photo editor and graphic designer, she started her own agency, Emrazina Technologies (formerly Creative Kittens), in 2014 to provide design assistance to clients all around the globe.
She has another startup, Kaz360, which is an online marketplace where anyone can sell and buy skill-based services. From baking cakes to designing houses, card design to event management, performing music to web development, all types of skill-based services are available in this marketplace.
Emrazina worked as a community brand ambassador (2016-2022) for Payoneer, a cross-border payment platform.
She has also been recognized for her work and contribution to the industry with several awards. Among those, one was the BASIS Outsourcing Award, which was received in 2014, and the Best Female Freelancer award at the 3rd Digital Bangladesh Day in 2019.

Musnad E Ahmed is a self-made entrepreneur and respected leader in Bangladesh’s BPO and technology landscape. From humble beginnings as a customer service executive, Musnad has evolved into a business magnate with thriving ventures spanning business process outsourcing, SaaS, CRM, software development, marketing, and export industries.
He is the Founder and CEO of SkyTech Solutions, one of the country’s fastest-growing BPO companies, serving clients across the U.S., Australia, and Canada. He also serves as the Joint Secretary General of BACCO, the national body for BPO companies in Bangladesh.
Career & Industry Leadership
Musnad began his career in 2007 as a call center agent, navigating roles in companies such as HMC Technologies, Legato Services Ltd, Digicon Technologies, Symphony Mobile (Edison Group), and Rocket Internet GmbH.
His journey from agent to operations supervisor, then quality analyst, and ultimately Head of Customer Service provided him with deep insights into customer experience (CX) and process optimization.
In 2013, he founded SkyTech Solutions, which now employs over 700 professionals and provides voice, chat, email support, telesales, and back-office services to international markets.
His operational and staffing strategies have consistently delivered results, including high client retention and multi-million-dollar contract values across various verticals, such as logistics, energy, e-commerce, and financial services.
As a visionary in the BPO industry, Musnad’s leadership contributed to expanding the industry’s footprint. In 2022, he was elected Director of BACCO, and in 2024, he was elevated to Joint Secretary-General.
In this capacity, he contributes to national policy development, international collaboration, and strengthening the talent pipeline across the digital outsourcing sector.

Tanzirul Basher began his professional journey in the IT sector with First Bangladesh Consultancy, where he played a pivotal role in introducing mobile content services for Grameenphone’s GP-WAP platform. He later contributed to Bangladeshinfo.com, the country’s first online news portal, gaining valuable experience in digital media. Over the next eight years, he strengthens his expertise in web development and customized software services, building a solid foundation in technology before transitioning into the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in 2010. Sensing an opportunity in the untapped local market, he emerged as a pioneer in delivering BPO solutions specifically tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi corporate clients.
In 2012, Mr. Basher founded MY Outsourcing Ltd. with just eight employees operating out of a single office. Through strategic leadership and a focus on quality service delivery, the company has gradually grown into a major BPO service provider, employing over 400 professionals across two offices in Banani, Dhaka. Beyond traditional BPO services, MY Outsourcing Ltd has developed a strong software wing, launching over 50 hosted platforms and delivering more than 200 customized applications. The company now serves a diverse range of sectors—including healthcare, FMCG, electronics, and automotive—offering comprehensive enterprise management and unified communication solutions. He has also established 4 different IT based companies such as Daisen Techologies Ltd., Motorsheba Ltd., MY Company Ltd. and MY Technologies Ltd. to wide range of customers for IT bashed services and solutions.

Sayma Shawkat is an accomplished industrialist and business leader with extensive expertise in Bangladesh’s Readymade Garment and IT sectors. Beginning her career in 2008 with Capital Group of Industries Ltd., she holds dual majors in Accounting & Finance and Marketing.
Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of ASK Telecom Ltd., specializing in ITES and outsourcing services, and holds Directorships at Uni Gears Ltd., Capital Fashions Ltd., and Capital Designs Ltd., significant players in readymade garment manufacturing and export, including specialized printing and embroidery units. Her international experience spans Asia, Europe, and America, promoting business development and expanding her companies’ global footprint.
Sayma Shawkat is also actively involved in industry leadership, serving as a director on the newly reformed BACCO Executive Committee for 2024-2026, and as the elected President for the AISD PTA Board for 2024-2025. She is also an Executive Committee Member at the Banani Society Board. Throughout his career, he has held influential leadership roles such as Head of Market Communications, Head of Brand Management, Head of Business & Direct Sales, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Board Member, and Country Director. His contributions have consistently driven growth, brand equity, and operational excellence across both multinational corporations and local enterprises.
An active contributor to the growth of Bangladesh’s ITES/BPO sector, he has served on the Executive Committee of BACCO—the central BPO industry association in Bangladesh—for over a decade.
