Inauguration Ceremony

The summits are to begin with an Inauguration Ceremony filled with local stakeholders, leaders, BPO service providers, media, influential personas and great minds. Important local figures like- the Government High Officials, Civil Servants, Media Journalists from each of the divisions would grace the ceremonies with their valuable presences

Career Counseling Session

One of the main focal points of the divisional BPO Summits is University Activation Program. Under that, Career Counseling Sessions will be conducted to encourage students to choose BPO sector as a magnificent platform to pursue their careers. Through these sessions, students will be made aware of the career opportunities, training and employment facilities and growth potentials of the jobs in the BPO industry.

Career Expo

One of BACCO’s key objectives is to expand Bangladesh’s BPO industry by creating employment opportunities for 300,000 skilled professionals by 2030. To date, the industry has generated employment for more than 100,000 individuals, with significant potential for further growth. Through the Career Expo at BPO Summit Bangladesh 2026 (Chattogram), BACCO aims to connect talented youth with emerging career opportunities while helping industry stakeholders identify skilled human resources to meet the evolving demands of the sector. As a result, the Career Expo will serve as one of the summit’s flagship attractions, fostering talent development and employment generation within the digital economy.
