We have come a long way in bridging the skill needs of the BPO Industry and the Education Curriculum that Institutions imparts. We have succeeded in creating 45,000 sustainable jobs over the years and have consistently increased the value & sophistication of their services to local & global clients. The need to ensure knowledgeable workforce are consistently developed to support with human capital, our country’s vision to become a Developed Country by 2041. The need for continued support by the Education Industry & the Policy makers are vital to ensure our youth are gainfully employed.

The biggest challenge our industry is facing now is the lack of language proficiency by the graduates. Unfortunately the language we are having the greatest problem is Bangla.
