Session Brief:

Bangladesh being one of the largest source of online workers for has experienced tremendous growth in past few years, and it is fully aligned with the goal of Digital Bangladesh. Approximately 60,0000-80,0000 freelancers registered and are working on different marketplace and already secured top ten positions in different skill categories. To carry the momentum forward and bolster government’s commitment towards this sector, the freelancers are encouraged to come under one roof rather than working individually with such ingenious skillset. It will enable Bangladeshi youth to enjoy true essence of Digital Bangladesh by leveraging the synergy and take the BPO industry to a new height.

Expected Outcome:

With massive number of human resources engaging in the industry allows availability of talented workforce in the country and at the same time the high attrition rate is still a major challenge in BPO industry. On the other hand employees who have sustained in the sector have developed their skills and capacity in the highest possible way after.
