With population increase and shrinking budgets, with ever changing demographic demands, it is challenging for any government to live up to the expectations of their citizens. In this situation, Government process outsourcing should be a great concern to improve government services and the satisfaction of citizen. In this session, the concentration will be on how Government of Bangladesh and BPO industry can merge together to ensure mutual benefits and also for the betterment of citizens of Bangladesh. This session will help Government of Bangladesh to mark the challenges for them to outsource their services and the process to tackle these should also be discovered.
